With generally intelligent systems emerging, the future of humanoid robots is clearly coming, and hundreds of millions are pouring into investments. Before they begin to do jobs in the physical world, these digital intelligences will start completing digital work. Gaining clear and concise data to automate massive workforces in the digital world is 1000x easier than working in the world of atoms. Bit by bit the deca-trillion remote work industry is going to get enhanced, and taken over. Software ate the need for paper recordkeeping, Ai will eat the need for humans.

Computer programs are beginning to make doing our jobs easier and easier, with large language models reaching a point of human level capability in contextual understanding, reading, and writing. Computer programmers used to use HTML to create great websites, then no-code tools came along and made this process even easier. Now with the release of GPT it is possible to simply tell the computer exactly how you want a website and for it to created for you.

Right now you can ask your computer to make an image, or write a blog post, but you still have to go back and forth on these sites and put the information where you want it. The next step in our digital Ai assistants is going from “write a blog about x” to “Publish a new blog on the topic of X on X website once a week”. The output of the office will slowly rely more and more on these digital intelligences. Humans that adapt and use Ai will allow their creativity to flow to new heights. For your average job, the largest hinderance to this, is the education, memory, and implementation a human must go through in using these tools. The larger the company, the more often its bureaucracy and lack of employee ownership in the work means these systems never get implemented. Companies are not bottlenecked by the existence of technologies themselves, but the education and implementation of them into existing workflows. The limitation of individual to keep themselves up to date on everything they can utilize to increase their efficiency has become a career of its own.

The current paradigm of workflow automation requires the expense of hiring an automation engineer who sits directly with employees and builds custom software to automate repetitive tasks within their jobs. With LLM’s now having general intelligence, the capability for automatically creating these automations is just the first step of our journey. The workflow data will be fed into larger reinforcement models to create a better and better auto-complete system not just for text, but all general digital tasks a remote worker does.

And now that we created context intelligence, we can feed video data into a model and create autocomplete not just for language, but for online work itself. We can treat our computers like a hyper-intelligent executive assistant sitting in front of us that we can give tasks too, with upgrades in language models we can talk to our computers and watch the work we want to get done get done. When things are not done correctly, we can give our computers feedback etc. The collective use of this software will refine and train the model. Machine intelligence will push away all menial labor online. Creativity will become unbounded, with the largest value stemming from the long term planning someone can do.*Bots are currently less prevalent because they are detectable, with the bots we are training, they will directly use the cursor and keyboard strokes as a human would. Achieving human like digital workers opens the grounds for truly powerful botnets to form. Which will become as easy as a single prompt. We believe the value bridge in creating an ai company today, is creating this bridge towards implementing intelligence in the value creating processes of the human race.
